Today, I’d share a very simplest and efficient way to check and confirm your CN trademark status by yourself. Lets go!
First step:
search “China Trademark Office” in google
Pay attention, the first one is the “FAKE”, the second or third one with label of the national emblem of China is the official website of CNIPA, enter this website:
Second Step: find and click “Search-Trademark”
Then you will got the interface of trademark searching and click the green one “SGTMI”
Print your brand name/ trademark in here “trademark content’’ for example “Laundry Turtle”.
Then you will get the all results regarding this name.
Finally, click them one by one and check all the detailed information-
At the bottom, you can see the “trademark status”, however it is not the latest. If you want to know the latest status, you have to go to the “Trademark procedure”–
Yes it is in Chinese, you may need a tool of translator to know the content.
