    Ms. Sharion Chiu has rich experience in the areas of foreign-related trademark practice, mainly responsible for trademark protection in China for foreign companies since 2014. Ms. Qiu handled thousands of trademark prosecutions including trademark application, responding office actions, trademark opposition, invalidation, cancellation, negotiation, assignment, trademark administrative and infringement litigation. Meanwhile, Ms. Qiu also deal with some PCT applications and communicate with Patent agent and lawyer for office actions from the CNIPA .<\/p>\n

    Ms. Qiu has served more than 100 clients from all over the world. Most of her clients have been working together for more than 5 years as she always puts her clients’ rights and interests first.<\/p>\n

    In addition, Ms. Qiu maintains close contact with trademark and patent attorneys and agents in various international countries, and handles trademark and patent validation and enforcement matters for some of her domestic clients and counterparts, with particular experience in handling TRO (temporary restraining order) settlements for domestic cross-border e-commerce clients.<\/p>\n
