Today, I\u2019d share a very simplest and efficient way to check and confirm your CN trademark status by yourself. Lets go!<\/p>\n

First step:<\/p>\n

search \u201cChina Trademark Office\u201d in google<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Pay attention, the first one is the \u201cFAKE\u201d, the second or third one with label of the national emblem of China is the official website of CNIPA, enter this website:<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Second Step: find and click \u201cSearch-Trademark\u201d<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Then you will got the interface of trademark searching and click the green one \u201cSGTMI\u201d<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Print your brand name\/ trademark in here \u201ctrademark content\u2019\u2019 for example \u201cLaundry Turtle\u201d.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Then you will get the all results regarding this name.<\/p>\n

Finally, click them one by one and check all the detailed information-<\/p>\n

At the bottom, you can see the \u201ctrademark status\u201d, however it is not the latest. If you want to know the latest status, you have to go to the \u201cTrademark procedure\u201d–<\/p>\n
